So, pancakes mother taught me to cook at school, here on this recipe:

3 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
4 tablespoons of vegetable oil (sometimes replace for melted butter)
1 tablespoon of sugar and a pinch of salt
0.5 cup boiling water

Pancakes are obtained thin delicate and very tasty.

To prepare the filling, I first fry in a frying pan 1 small onion, add to it 400 grams of grated on a coarse grater zucchini. Zucchini must first get rid of excess fluid. When the vegetables are cooked, add 100 grams of grated cheese on a coarse grater and mixed well.

When the filling has cooled, you can stuff it pancakes.

Pancakes with a stuffing well keep their shape, so I minimize them straw, and if necessary, I cut into portions pieces.

Now, a second filling, even easier, and in my opinion even tastier. Juicy, moderately sweet, and even my one and a half year old child was eating pancakes with such great pleasure.

I had a small domestic apples from my mother's garden, I cut them into small cubes, got 300 grams. Further adding only 1 tablespoon of sugar cane and the same number of domestic butter. I put on medium heat and extinguished about 10 minutes. Per minute until cooked add a teaspoon of cornstarch, mix well and leave to cool.

These pancakes I rolled up the envelope and then lightly fry in olive oil for 1 minute on each side.
