A simple recipe for how to keep fresh herbs for a long time. And not just maintain, and cook from her fragrant seasoning. Yes, of course, fresh herbs can be bought in any supermarket at any time of the year. But the filling is good because it always improve the taste of a dish, and save your time.

Ingredients:

Garlic
Dill (you can take any other greens)
Salt
Vegetable oil
Lemon
Black pepper powder

Immediately note: for this seasoning I like to use dill and chives. But in principle, you can take what you want: parsley, basil, coriander, assortment of different greens, etc. It would take a beam weighing approximately 150-200 g.

Greens finely finely cut. You can, of course, use a blender, but personally I like it better when the herbs finely chopped with a knife.

5 cloves garlic, squeezing through the press or ground in a mortar (in this case it is necessary to add a pinch of garlic salt) and add to the fennel.

Sprinkle with a little black pepper, add salt to taste. What about salt: do not place a lot, take the number as a salad.

Now add the oil. Very tasty obtained from the olive, but if it does not exist or do not like, then take the sunflower. Oils need about 50-70 ml. Also, add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice.

Thoroughly mix the seasoning and our ready. It can be stored in a glass jar in the refrigerator. We do not store more than 1 week. If you want to prepare for the future (in the winter), then lay out on the formochkam (or plastic cups, but does not fill completely, and half or 1/3) and freeze.

This seasoning can be added to soups, salads, dumplings lubricated for borscht, prepare sandwiches and snacks - a lot of options. Bon appetit, my dear!
