Ingredients: Red fish steak, Potatoes, Sour cream, Cheese, Onions, Carrots, Ground black pepper, Salt, Mix of Italian (Provencal) herbs
Cooking method:
Peel the potatoes. Boil until half cooked (cook for about 5 minutes after boiling water). Cool the potatoes. Cut into strips. To begin with, salt and pepper the red fish steaks on both sides to taste. Rub with a mixture of Italian herbs. I leave it to salt for about 10 minutes (while the potatoes are boiling). Cut the carrots into cubes or strips (as you like). Cut the meadow into half rings. Mix onions and carrots (you can drizzle a little with vegetable oil).
Make molds from foil (you can rectangular, you can use a boat). Place the steak in a foil mold. Place carrots and onions in the free space around the fish. Put potatoes on top of carrots and onions. Grate cheese on a fine grater into sour cream (you can also add a clove of garlic - for an amateur). Mix.
Grease the steak and potatoes with sour cream sauce (be sure to grease the sauce, otherwise the fish will become dry). We bake at 180-200 degrees for about 40 minutes (depending on the oven). Top-bottom baking mode. Red fish baked with potatoes in foil is ready!
