If suddenly guests suddenly appeared on the doorstep, and there is some chicken from dinner and a couple of eggs left in the refrigerator, you you can easily prepare a gorgeous salad that your friends will eat with incredible desire and appetite. So, I bring to your attention a simple, easy and satisfying option for an affordable treat - an omelet salad.

Among other things, you will need a small onion, a mayonnaise dressing is the best option - homemade mayonnaise sauce. For this recipe, you can use any chicken - baked, boiled, smoked - that you have in the refrigerator. Well, if you're a little interested, then let's get started!

Ingredients:

Chicken eggs - 1 pc.

Chicken fillet (baked) - 250 g

Bulb onions - 1 pc.

Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.

Mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon

Greens to taste

Salt, pepper - to taste

Corn starch - 0.5 tsp

Water - 2 tablespoons

Description:

1. Prepare all the necessary foods according to the list.

2. Take a small cup or bowl, drive in one large or several small chicken eggs.

3. In a separate bowl, mix a couple of tablespoons of water and cornstarch. Pour the resulting white liquid into a bowl with an egg.

4. Shake the mixture well with a whisk or fork, add a pinch of salt for taste.

5. Peel onions and rinse and dry. Then cut it into half rings and fry in a little oil.

6. Heat some oil in a frying pan, pour over the egg mass, fry the omelet on both sides until golden brown and fully cooked.

7. The chicken should be prepared in advance - boil or bake, the latter option is more successful, since the result will be brighter. You can bake fillets with spices and herbs. Chop the meat or simply disassemble it into fibers and load it into a salad bowl.

8. Roll the fried egg omelette pancake and cut into long oblong strips. Dump them into a bowl of chicken.

9. Then send a ruddy bow there.

10. Add a spoonful of delicious homemade mayonnaise to the dish. Add salt and pepper to taste, chop if desired and toss in a handful of herbs.

11. Stir all the ingredients and serve the salad to the table.
