Chicken is nowadays one of the most frequently purchased meat products. It can be prepared in so many ways that it is simply impossible to count them. Chicken fillet is a dietary meat, therefore, it is often used when dieting, or simply following a proper diet. Today I propose you to cook a delicious, nutritious, hearty and nutritious dish - chicken with mushrooms in the oven.
To make the baked fillet soft and juicy, I suggest giving preference to a sauce based on kefir with the addition of dill and garlic. The taste of meat and mushrooms is excellent.
Ingredients:
Chicken fillet - 300 g
Champignons - 200 g
Kefir - 150 ml
Dill - 20 g
Garlic - 3 cloves
Salt, pepper - to taste
Vegetable oil - 0.5 tbsp.
Description:
1. Prepare all the required ingredients according to the list. Peel the chicken fillet from skin and fatty fibers. Use fresh, not frozen meat. Kefir to take any percentage of fat - this point does not really matter.
2. Pour kefir into any large bowl. Immediately turn on and preheat the oven, setting the temperature to 180 degrees.
3. Rinse the dill, cut the tough stems and discard, and chop the branches finely. Throw a handful of dill herbs into a bowl of kefir. Peel and rinse the garlic teeth, press them or grind them in a mortar. Add garlic to the sauce. Stir, add salt, pepper, and other spices.
4. Lightly grease an ovenproof dish. Rinse the chicken fillet, dry and cut into medium-sized pieces. Transfer the meat to a mold.
5. Wash the champignons well, peel if desired. Cut large mushrooms in half, leave small ones whole. Add them to the chicken container.
6. Pour kefir sauce, herbs and garlic into a mold. If desired, add additional spices to the ingredients - sweet or smoked paprika will show itself well. Bake all together for 25 minutes.
7. You can serve baked chicken with mushrooms in kefir sauce with boiled cauliflower or broccoli; for a more hearty meal, buckwheat, rice or bulgur are suitable as a side dish.
