Made, and I'd say... Really done easily, and quickly. To taste good too! But, I will not prepare for the New Year... somehow it quite simply that, if! I expect more festive taste like!

What, in fact, you need to prepare:

Major beet (about 250 g) or two small beet
3 chicken eggs
One teaspoon of sugar and salt
Tablespoon of vegetable oil

Approximately the same cottage cheese or cream cheese
3-4 cloves of garlic

First of all, cleanse and rub on a very fine grater raw beets. You can of course not only to use a grater, beets, you can scroll through a meat grinder or chop in a blender. The main thing is smaller...

The temperature in the oven must be somewhere 180 degrees, and the time required for baking only 12-15 minutes, no more !!!
