Lavash pies with meat in a pan

If you are a mother of boys and have not yet made pita bread pies, you should definitely fill this gap. They are prepared very quickly, the filling can be absolutely any, even from cheese with ham or herbs. The taste of ready-made pies will delight not only children, all the household will carry them with great pleasure until they run out.

Ingredients:

Long sheet lavash - 3 pcs.

Pork - 300 g

Onions - 40 g

Carrots - 70 g

Lean oil - 3 tablespoons

Preparation:

1. Prepare all the foods on the list. Put the pork to cook in salted water, then cool the boiled meat. Peel, wash, dry onions and carrots. I took the lavash from corn flour, it is tastier and healthier, but absolutely any thin lavash will do, the main thing is that it should be long enough for the meat filling to be conveniently wrapped.

2. First of all, we will prepare the filling for our pies. To do this, heat a little flavourless refined vegetable oil in a pan, put onion chopped into small cubes, lightly fry until soft and sweet.

3. Grate the peeled carrots on a coarse grater, put them in a pan with the onions, also fry for a few minutes until soft.

4. Cut the boiled pork into small pieces, pass them through a meat grinder with a large sieve. Add minced meat to the skillet. Fry the minced meat with vegetables for 5-7 minutes, if necessary add the broth in which the pork was cooked, so the filling will be juicier. Season the finished mixture with salt and pepper to taste, cool.

5. Cut the pita bread into long strips about 15 centimeters wide. Place 2 tablespoons of meat filling on top of each.

6. Fold the minced pita bread into a triangle shape.

7. Do the same with the rest of the ingredients.

8. Lightly grease a large skillet with refined vegetable oil and fry the pies on both sides until golden brown. Place them on paper towels to remove excess oil.

9. Serve ready-made pita bread with meat immediately after cooking, although they remain incredibly tasty when cold.
