The mission is to feed. What our Polina eats for breakfast

I've noticed that the main problem at home is not how to feed the adults, but how to feed the children. Adults that, sometimes the word "must" acts on them, well, that is, once it is cooked, then it must be eaten.

But the children have at least a stake on their heads (the expression of my grandmother), if I stubbornly - I will not eat!, then no blackmail can you make?

Is this good or bad? If the child agrees only to candy cookies, then, of course, it is bad. Although in this case, it is perhaps worth revising the diet and taking care of the health of the kinder - maybe the child really does not maybe just eating what is being prepared, after eating he has unpleasant sensations, and sweets are the easiest way to pick up energy.

And if he also eats decent human food, but selectively, then it is quite normal. Recently, such a phrase - "intuitive nutrition" has flashed more and more often? Probably there is something in that. It is not for nothing that when a person is sick, he simply refuses certain products at the expense of the sensations of the body - or, on the contrary, switches to some others.

I noticed - not only me, but many. If there was food poisoning, or if there was a long intake of antibiotics, I really want... kvass. Sour, vigorous kvass. Why is that? Vel, most likely, the body is not asking for taste, but the microbiome, so to speak. After all, kvass is a fermentation product.

So with children, I think.

The only problem is breakfast. You always want to feed your child with breakfast (because lunch, if parents work, he most of all misses, and dinner is not soon). But many children generally eat breakfast very reluctantly, and prefer something light and tasty only.

Now Polina (the youngest) goes to kindergarten hungry. Because they serve breakfast there. But children, alas, tend to grow up and ahead is the school. And there is nothing to count on for a good breakfast.

Already at the weekend we are trying to teach Polina to eat something useful, and at the same time we will find out her tastes.

She loves pancakes and pancakes, and also sandwiches. But these dishes cannot be called healthy. Porridge is a useful thing, and there are no problems to cook them (especially in a multicooker), but if you feed a child with cereals every day, he will very soon howl.

But oatmeal is both tasty and healthy. It's not difficult to cook it:

Milk - 5 tablespoons.

Eggs - 2 pcs.

Oatmeal - 5 tablespoons. spoons.

Salt is on the tip of the knife.

Mix, fry in a skillet - breakfast is ready. Topping, or gravy, or filling - to taste. Just the same toppings and gravies of oatmeal allow you to diversify, so as not to get bored.

Eggs are also going well. I don’t know about you, but at home they believe that it is both tasty and healthy. True, Polina does not favor chicken eggs, but quail eggs are only on the way. For the price, by the way, they are about wounds - 10 chicken eggs and twenty quail eggs.

In theory, I don't like chocolate flakes and balls, but the child loves, and I see no reason to deprive him of his treats. So sometimes we offer it for breakfast.

But muesli with dried fruits, nuts or berries - more often. They go very well, especially with good yoghurt.

Cheese and curds - IMHO, this is an evening snack.
