Festive serving of the most banal and simple salad from boiled beets. Beetroot salads are an indispensable dish both on a festive and on an everyday table, they are easy to prepare, they are very tasty, nutritious and healthy.

Ingredients:
Beets 4 pcs (600g)
Garlic 2 cloves
Roasted walnuts (peeled) 60g
Dried prunes 100g
Salt to taste
Mayonnaise, sour cream or vegetable oil

1. Boil the beets, cool and grate 3 pcs on a coarse grater. Leave one for decoration.

*** Wear gloves to avoid staining your hands with beets.

2. Lightly fry the walnuts in a dry skillet, they will fully reveal their taste in the salad. Grind with a rolling pin or in a blender.

3. Rinse dried prunes with hot water, dry on a paper towel, chop finely.

4. It remains to mix all the ingredients, add the garlic and season to your liking: mayonnaise, sour cream or vegetable (olive) oil.

5. Place the salad in a heap on a plate. Cut the beets in two and cut into slices, decorate the salad, you get a rose. Add parsley leaves.

Salad ready! It perfectly combines the sweetness of beets and prunes, the pungency of garlic and the taste of a slightly toasted walnut.
