Ingredients: chicken, butter, dill, cilantro parsley, garlic, provencal herbs, potatoes
Cooking method:
Wash the chicken. Grind the herbs, combine with softened butter (I have prepared butter with herbs since autumn), add Provencal herbs and chopped garlic. Salt and pepper the chicken on all sides and inside. On the skin, at the neck, on each side, make incisions and remove the wings in them so that they do not burn or wrap them in foil. Separate the skin from the meat, put in some oil and spread over the whole chicken. Put a large piece of butter inside, spread the rest of the butter on the chicken on top.
Place chicken on a baking sheet or in a large dish. Make an incision on one leg and insert the other leg into it or tie them with culinary thread. Put peeled potatoes around the chicken. Bake at t 180, 1 hour, occasionally pouring with chicken oil.
