When planning a menu for a festive table, be sure to add salad in tartlets to it. Such a portioned serving of the dish will be very relevant with a large number of guests and the hostess will not need to run to the kitchen to fill empty plates. The recipe creates a salad without the meat component, but you are free to add it to your liking, including in the composition: milk or smoked sausage, boiled beef or chicken, ham or red fish.

Ingredients:
Tartlets - 1 pack
Boiled potatoes - 2 pcs.
Boiled carrots - 1 pc.
Boiled chicken egg - 1 pc.
Canned peas - 80 g
Pickled cucumbers - 2 pcs.
Mayonnaise - 3 tablespoons
Salt and pepper to taste
How to cook:
Prepare food.
Boil potatoes and carrots in advance for 40-45 minutes, depending on the size of the root vegetables. Then transfer to ice water and cool. Do the same manipulations with a chicken egg, boiling it for 12-15 minutes.
After cooling, peel both the root vegetables and the egg. Rinse them immediately under running water. Cut the boiled potatoes into small cubes and pour into a salad bowl.
Chop the pickles, remove the brine from the slices. Cut the boiled carrots into small cubes. Add it to the bowl along with the cucumber slices. Instead of pickles, it is permissible to use pickled or fresh cucumbers.
Grind a boiled chicken egg. If there are a lot of ingredients, then use a couple of eggs.
After slicing the eggs, open the jar of canned peas and pour the marinade into the glass. Place the beans in a salad bowl. Add mayonnaise of any fat content, salt and ground black pepper.
Try the salad, adjust the flavor if necessary. Gently mix together all the ingredients in the container.
Place the filled baskets on a platter and serve.
Garnish with fresh dill or parsley sprigs, lettuce, etc., if desired.
