Tartlets with any filling have always been and will be the most popular food at all festive feasts, especially at buffets. They, like all snacks of this kind, are always convenient to take with your hands, without worrying about the rules of etiquette and cutlery. In addition, children adore such baskets, they eat them with pleasure. Today we will prepare tartlets with crab sticks - a filling loved by many.

Ingredients:

Crab sticks - 180 g

Chicken egg - 1 pc.

Hard cheese - 100 g

Pickled mushrooms - 100 g

Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons

Tartlets - 8 pcs.

Salt to taste

Ch.m. pepper - taste

Preparation:

1. To prepare a snack, we will prepare all the necessary products according to our list. If you do not cook the tartlets yourself, but buy ready-made ones, always take those from shortcrust pastry. Such baskets hold their shape for a long time and do not get wet. Waffle tartlets will need to be eaten quickly, otherwise they will not stand for a long time. Defrost the crab sticks, remove the cellophane wrap. Boil a chicken egg (keep it on the stove for no more than 8-10 minutes after boiling), cool in ice water, peel it. Drain the marinade from the mushrooms. By the way, this appetizer will be delicious with both pickled and mushrooms in its own juice.

2. Cut the defrosted crab sticks into very, very small cubes, as much as possible. Transfer them to a comfortable deep bowl.

3. It is best to grate boiled chicken eggs and mild hard cheese on a fine grater, so the filling will turn out to be more tender. Send them to the crab sticks.

4. Also cut the pickled champignons or any other mushrooms into very small cubes. Add to the filling along with sea salt and pepper to taste. Season with your favorite good quality mayonnaise.

5. Now the filling needs to be thoroughly mixed in order to "tie" all the ingredients with mayonnaise.

6. Place the sand tartlets on a serving plate, cutting board, or any other flat surface. Fill them to the brim with crab stick salad.

7. Ready-made baskets with filling can be decorated according to your taste and desire, for example, with leaves of fresh herbs.

8. The tartlets with crab sticks and cheese are ready.
