A delicious fruit cocktail in a blender can be made not only during the ripening period of fruits, but also in winter, if you stock up on them in advance by freezing the seedless fruits in the freezer. However, when preparing a drink from frozen fruits, you will first need to defrost them at room temperature for 20-30 minutes so that large frozen pieces do not get caught in the cocktail.

For the drink, both apples and pears, plums, pineapples, apricots and peaches are suitable, the main thing is to remove the peel from those fruits where it is too dense and the blender knives will not be able to break through it. Do not forget about sweeteners: honey, granulated sugar, stevia syrup - they will add flavor to the drink, accentuate its aroma.

A blender is best used with a pitcher. From liquid, get mineral water with or without gas or kefir, fermented baked milk of any fat content. It is permissible to prepare a cocktail based on liquid yogurt with various sweet additives.

Ingredients:

Apple - 1 pc.

Plums - 5 pcs.

Pear - 1 pc.

Mineral water with gas - 250 ml

Sugar - 1 tablespoon

How to cook:

1. Rinse all fruits in water. Cut the plums in half and remove the seeds. Be sure to peel the apple, since in our time it is treated with paraffin so that the fruit does not deteriorate for a long time. It is not recommended to eat such peel! Peel the pear too. Divide the fruit into four pieces and cut the seeds out of them. Cut into small to medium-sized slices for quicker chopping in the blender.

2. Empty all cuts into a bowl or deep container if you plan to use a hand blender.

3. Add granulated sugar, honey of any kind except buckwheat, stevia syrup or any other topping.

4. Pour in mineral water with or without gas, milk drink. You can use plain filtered water or chilled boiled water. At this point, you can add a couple pinches of ground cinnamon, vanilla sugar, and other flavors.

5. Grind the contents of the container in a pulsating mode, making sure that there are no large pieces of fruit left - everything should be thoroughly purified and mixed.

6. Pour the prepared fruit shake from the blender into a cocktail jar or glasses, irish glasses and serve immediately after preparation.

Since the drink turns out to be very viscous and dense in consistency, equip the containers with tubes with a wide opening. Garnish with fresh mint leaves when serving.
