Sour cream and chicken, you see, already sounds quite appetizing, and if you add mushrooms, onions, a little spices and your good mood, the household will be happy, believe me! It is much easier to bake in the oven than to cook on the stove, here you are sure that nothing will burn, and the baking process makes the meat always more tender and tasty. Serving chicken in sour cream sauce is incredibly tasty with mashed potatoes, cereals, vegetables.

Ingredients:

Chicken (thighs, fillet) - 350 g

Red onion - 1 pc.

Champignons - 250 g

Sour cream - 250 g

Salt, pepper, paprika, chicken spices - to taste

Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.

Description:

1. Prepare all the necessary foods according to the list. Choose your favorite parts of the bird - thighs, fillets, drumsticks, etc. Use sour cream at least 21% fat. Spices for the dish can be taken to taste.

2. Rinse chicken parts under cool water and dry. Use fresh meat, not frozen. Cut the fillets into medium-sized pieces, leave the thigh whole.

3. Sprinkle the meat with spices. Do not be limited in your choice - a lot of different spices and seasonings are combined with chicken.

4. Wash all the mushrooms, dry, peel if desired. Cut the mushrooms in half, leave the small ones intact.

5. Oil the deep heat-resistant form. Transfer parts of chicken and sliced ​​mushrooms into it. In parallel, warm up the oven, setting the temperature to 180 degrees.

6. Peel the red onion and cut into quarters. Add the slices to the mold with meat and mushrooms.

7. Pour all the ingredients with delicious sour cream, sprinkle with additional spices, spices, salt. Cover the container with foil and put in the oven. Bake chicken with mushrooms in sour cream sauce for half an hour.

8. After a while, serve the dish to the table.
