Fried pollock in a pan is a simple fish dish for every day, which can be prepared quite quickly and easily, without having any special culinary skills. As a lunch, this fish option will appeal to many. For adherents of proper nutrition or those who are on a diet, the fish is also suitable, only a non-stick pan will have to be used to fry without oil.
Serving fried pollock to the table is delicious, of course, with mashed potatoes, but lighter variations of side dishes will perfectly complement it - salads or pickles. Those who are not afraid for their figure can be offered sauce to taste or ketchup with the fish. So let's get started!
Ingredients:
Pollock fillet - 300 g
Rice flour - 3 tbsp.
Breadcrumbs - 3 tablespoons
Salt, pepper, paprika - to taste
Lemon juice to taste
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
Process description:
Prepare all products according to the list. Choose a good pollock carcass, peel and remove the ridge, skin. The fillet is ideal for the recipe, so that after, the ready-made fish is not peeled from the bones.
Cut the prepared fillet into portions.
Shake the fish with salt and pepper. Season with paprika if desired. Lovers of a sour note in fish can add a little lemon juice.
In a clean plastic bag, combine rice flour and breadcrumbs in equal proportions.
Stir and put pollock pieces in a bag.
Cover the bag and shake it off a couple of times. The fish pieces are well breaded and ready to fry.
Fry pollock in oil for 1.5 minutes on each side. Remove excess grease with kitchen paper towels.
Serve the dish immediately, while the breading gives a pleasant crunch, and the inside of the fish is tender and juicy.
