Today I will tell you how to bake a pumpkin in the oven with honey. It turns out a very tasty dish, it can be called a dessert with confidence. Sweet pumpkin slices with a spicy finish. I think many will like this combination, besides, the dish is healthy and low-calorie. Try it!
Ingredients:
Pumpkin - 200 g.
Honey - 1 tsp
Carnation - 3 buds
Ground cinnamon - ΒΌ tsp
Step by step recipe:
1. To cook pumpkin baked with slices with honey in the oven, prepare the required set of ingredients.
2. Rinse the pumpkin under running water, dry and separate the required amount. If there are seeds, remove them, use a spoon for convenience. I used Butternut pumpkin, it has a lot fewer seeds than the usual varieties, and they are located only on one side. Therefore, the seeds did not have to be removed, only the peel was cut off. After preparation, cut the pulp into small cubes.
3. Sprinkle them with cinnamon, add nail buds and honey. Stir well so that each piece is wrapped in spices. If the fruit used is not sweet enough, increase the amount of honey.
4. Line a suitable sized baking dish with parchment and line the pumpkin.
5. Bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Cooking time will depend on the possibilities of your technique and the size of the cut pieces.
6. Delicious honey pumpkin is ready.
Transfer the dessert to a small bowl and serve. It can be consumed both hot and chilled.
