I recommend using this recipe for making breakfast. An omelet with flour is a delicious and nutritious dish. This is exactly what is needed to awaken the body and start digestion. An omelet will satisfy hunger for a long time, so if you use it for breakfast, you will feel great by dinner.

The flour, which is on the list of ingredients, contributes to the elastic structure of the omelet. It can be easily bent in half, while it will not break, and put the filling inside - vegetables, herbs or cheese. It's delicious, be sure to try it!

Ingredients:

Chicken egg - 3 pcs.

Milk - 100 ml.

Salt to taste

Ground black pepper - to taste

Wheat flour - 1 tsp.

Dill - 3 branches

Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons

Step by step recipe:

1. Prepare the required set of ingredients. Use milk of any fat content, depending on your taste preferences, wheat flour, and homemade eggs with a rich yolk color.

2. Break the eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt and black pepper. If it is assumed that children will eat the omelet, then it is better to do without pepper.

3. Shake until smooth. Use a whisk or fork, there is no need for a mixer, because our task is not to beat until foamy, but simply to combine the whites with the yolks.

4. Pour in the sifted flour and pour in the milk.

5. Finely chop the dill and add to a bowl. Mix everything thoroughly. The flour should be completely dispersed in the liquid without forming lumps. Instead of dill, you can use any other greens or do without it altogether.

6. Send the pan to the stove, add some vegetable oil and heat it up. Pour the omelette batter and cover.

7. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook for 7-10 minutes. Its surface should be firm, completely dry without wet areas.

8. Use a wooden spatula to transfer the omelet to a plate. Serve hot with fresh vegetables.
