Okroshka on kefir with sausage is a rather simple and tasty dish, which is relevant on hot summer days, but her lovers are not a hindrance outside the window and a blizzard, many will not refuse a plate of this soup at any time of the year. Today we are preparing the classic, the most common version of okroshka; for refueling we take kefir and whey in equal proportions. In addition to the sausage, which, by the way, you need to choose extremely tasty and high-quality, we will add the traditional set of ingredients. Let's not forget about the generous amount of fragrant greenery. You can serve okroshka to the table at any time of the day, someone can eat it all day long, so let's get down to the process.

Ingredients:

Kefir 1% - 0.5 l

Serum - 0.5 l

Sour cream - 3-4 tablespoons

Boiled sausage - 200 g

Potatoes - 2 pcs.

Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.

Fresh cucumbers - 2 pcs.

Dill - 1 bunch

Green onions - 1 bunch

Salt, pepper - to taste

Lemon juice - optional.

Description:

1. It is necessary to prepare some of the products in advance so that the process goes quickly. So, wash a couple of potato tubers the day before, then boil them in their uniform. It is also better to boil chicken eggs in advance - as expected, 8-10 minutes in salted water.

2. When the potatoes have cooled, peel them and cut into small cubes.

3. With chicken eggs, do the same - peel, crumble.

4. Prepare a deep bowl or saucepan. Transfer the sliced ​​potatoes and eggs to a container. Wash a couple of fresh tasty cucumbers immediately, trim off the ends on both sides. Cut vegetables into small cubes. Unload the slices into a bowl.

5. Cut the delicious boiled sausage into cubes and add to the rest of the ingredients. Varenka can be mixed with different types of meat or other sausages.

6. Wash the fragrant greens - the more there is, the tastier the result will be. Chop onion feathers and dill twigs, toss a handful into a container.

7. Add immediately a serving of sour cream, salt and pepper to taste. Squeeze out some lemon juice.

8. Pour in kefir, in the process, adjust the thickness of okroshka by adding whey. Stir all the ingredients and leave the dish for an hour or two.

9. Then pour the classic okroshka into plates and serve.
