Prunes are incredibly delicious and vitamin-rich dried fruit, so we are obliged to include it in your diet. It contains minerals such as phosphorus, iron, calcium and magnesium, rich in vitamins B1, B2, K, PP and E, and also retinol or beta-carotene. Prunes are a beneficial effect on our mood and the gastrointestinal tract.

For dessert "Chernoslivka" does not need a lot of food, it is cooked very quickly and easily. It has no sugar and flour, so it is perfect for those who follow the figure.

Ingredients:

250 g pitted prunes

30 g of refined hazelnut

1 h. spoon of sesame

How to cook:

1. Nuts dry in the oven at 180 degrees or in the pan over low heat, then grind into larger chips.

2. Prunes are well washed and dried, grind in a blender or finely chop with a knife.

3. All the ingredients mix and the resulting mass lay on plastic wrap and roll up tightly in the sausage.

Dessert stored in the refrigerator up to 1 month. Prunes can be replaced by other dried fruits, such as apricots or dates, hazelnuts or almonds can be replaced pistachios.
