Breakfast I have for Sunday early-about 8 hours - sandwiches with whole wheat bread (55 g), chicken ham (80 g) and tomato (10 g). Green tea capsule Vitaminki and omega-3.

After breakfast I went on business, and in the shops.
A returning a snack with curd cheese loaf (10 c) and chicken ham (50 c) and drank green tea with jasmine, very much like to eat what is essential (the breakfast was not very calorie). Well, pomelo - 110 grams, in vain do I clean suffered yesterday))
Snack left on 170 kcal.
For dinner - one of my favorite soups - cheesy. soup cooked yesterday and today, the taste is even nothing, and do not need to prepare - warmed up and eaten!
Ate 450 grams of soup and 1 small loaf of bread, all turned out to lunch 250 kcal.
After lunch, hand and ran to the pomelo, dragged from a plate of about 100 g - 40 kcal.
Dinner for me today seems to be correct - carp baked in the oven - 200 grams of vegetables and 200 grams. It seems like a little calories, but so fat carp appeared that's just awful. Eaten without skin, and only those parts where there is little fat.
Calories out - 280 kcal.
In general, it is strange that all the calorie counters show a low content of fat and calorie baked carp. I do not believe!)
Total for the day happened about 1000 kcal. This is what causes unplanned advance diet. But not as strange, on this day I was fed up, the night did not want to have, especially after the fat carp.
And yet - the carp gave me a cheerful evening. All scolded a lot of talk of food, especially when eating bony fish. She ate in silence, carefully and... that's it, just me and caught the bone, all the throat scratched himself! So I was very... ..not)) Be careful with the fish!)
