A pile of such green water is getting prettier before our eyes! Green water refreshes well, "inspires" and restores (microflora, hemoglobin, joints, etc.) and improves well-being.
All greens contain many beneficial nutrients (and even calcium in a highly absorbable form). There is a lot of chlorophyll in needles, and in edible weeds, and in cultivated greens, etc. A cow, grinding greens with her teeth, extracts all the nutrients and therefore has good cow health.
A person is unlikely to have enough patience to so "nourish" a grass-ant, but good, that we have our own personal blender cow, which will help to "chew" the weed and extract from it vitamins. Let's be healthy as a cow too!
Ingredients:
1. Any greens (wheat germ, spinach, parsley, celery, broccoli, alfalfa... or others)
2. Water - 1 glass (melted is better)
(you can make water from a mix of your favorite greens)
Preparation
We take out the greens (you can from the freezer), put them in the blender container, add warm water (warm water extracts useful substances better).
Grind for about a minute, filter through a strainer and the green water is ready (it is drunk fresh until all the chlorophyll has settled). The green gruel left over after filtering green water cleanses the intestines well (that's why we "gel" it if necessary)
We drink this water from a mix of greens (with spices and algae) every morning, slowly in a glass, savoring it in our mouth (you can make more concentrated green water and fit in a glass). Cheer up, friends! :)
