Who for the first time on my channel? Let's get acquainted! My name is Anja and in May 2018 I went on about proper nutrition and caloric deficit.
In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg, share recipes and experiences.
At the present time I have been able to get rid of 41 kg.
Every day I weigh foods and count calories and it has become a habit and does not burden. A weekly results on the scales - happy.
Monday came, and it's time to check weighing.
Nothing good, I did not expect this day from the scales, even I thought it would be a small increase in weight (water accumulation). Plus I have all week trying to get away from the energy intake is less than 1200, and I succeeded. And I was afraid that the body will feel more energy flow and begin to accumulate it, thinking that it is not a long time, and I'll put it back in the 1110-1150 kcal.
And yet, it was not as bad as I thought.
Of course the result of the week is not mind-blowing - no plummet. But I am pleased that the weight did not increase, and I know that will soon be gone and excess water.
That's such a result now in the balance. Let me remind you that a week ago there was 91.0 kg.
I move on to the menu.
Breakfast today enough calorie and filling.
Sandwiches on whole grain bread (70 g) with homemade chicken sausage (70 grams) and fish (60 g).

I do not change, and green tea with jasmine. From today, in addition to the capsules of omega-3 started to drink and vitamin complex Biomax.
Breakfast came on 460 kcal.
Notably breakfast - went to work at the computer. And because I could work late yesterday, but today I had the time and for cleaning (I like to get out, when one and no one bothers me). Here on the one hand a good work at home, and on the other.. We have to work on weekends and late at night). Earlier in the 18-00 he got up and went home before 9 am forget about work, now work constantly with me.
Snack in between cleaning, work as a computer for the family cooking - apple (130 g), and green tea with chocolate 75% (16 g).
Snack left on 150 kcal.
For lunch I decoction currently spelled (50g uncooked) and warmed chicken breast with sour cream and Adygei cheese (150 g) which was ready yet on weekends, well and added to all grandeur tomato (about 100 g).
Total lunch turned 410 kcal.
Dinner at me again today chicken breast on Adygei cheese, smeared with sour cream (150 g) and tomato (110 g)
Total dinner turned 210 kcal.
And for two hours before bedtime, I ate soft cheese (120 gr) - 90 kcal.
And it happened one day 1320 kcal. And the rate of water drained made treatments for skin care.
