Making a simple yet effective pumpkin-carrot salad with cleansing properties. Works like a "red" autumn broom in the hands of a professional janitor!
Ingredients:
1. Pumpkin - piece 2x10 cm (vitamins + antiparasitic effect)
2. Carrots - 1-2 pcs (carotenoids, fiber for intestinal microflora)
3. Flaxseed oil - 1 tablespoon (healthy Omega 3 fats)
4. Turmeric - pinch (helps cleanse the blood)
5. Lemon - slice (vitamin C, liver stimulation))
Preparation
We take fresh carrots and pumpkin, wash it, peel it, rub it on a fine grater into a cup, fill it with oil, sprinkle with turmeric, sprinkle with lemon juice, mix well and the healthiest pumpkin-carrot salad with turmeric is ready!
You can put it in the sun for 10 minutes to step on and recharge with solar energy :)
It works even better if you use it instead of your usual breakfast 20 minutes after two glasses of warm hot water.
