Let's get acquainted! My name is Anja and in May 2018 I went on about proper nutrition and caloric deficit.
In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg (with the growth of 172 cm), sharing recipes and experiences.
At the present time I have been able to get rid of 45 kg.
The breakfast consisted of two eggs fried in and rye loaf with caviar carp (20 g). A little later, I drank green tea with curd roll (about 130 g), which is quickly cooked in the morning.
Breakfast 430 kcal.
Knowing that we were going on a long hike and snack will not, I decided tobreakfast make enough high-calorie.
Immediately after breakfast we went for a walk. There were plenty.
And at some time I noticed that all applications pedometers downloaded to your phone, lying. even walking half the calculated than it actually is.
Still as beautiful spring. All the flowers and smells. From the forest breeze brings the scent of lily of the valley.
Not how much I regret that moved from Moscow in the Moscow suburbs.
We came back for dinner, but lunch still had to cook.
So while preparing dinner - to get a snack with green tea and cottage cheese roll. And weigh on the rest of the day rye bran (30 g). Total snack (with bran) turned on 250 kcal.
By the way I roll today is not prepared with apples in the morning as in the recipe, and with a banana, because I wanted to quickly throw a loaf in the oven, and do other things, and do not bother with cooking apples. With banana loaf turned out very tasty, too. Yet a loaf is better to eat fresh. Then he simply amazing taste.
And for dinner, I have baked chicken in the oven, boil the potatoes and chopped vegetable salad.
200 g of the baked chicken breast of 150 g of boiled potato and lettuce: tomato (about 100 g) and cucumber (about 100 g), sour cream (25g) - 450 kcal.
So after dinner the day began seals. We rested at the cinema and waited for start of hockey - our own in the semifinals!
And for dinner I did not want to think of anything to cook and decided to eat 150 grams of cottage cheese 9% - 190 kcal.
Total for the day I turned in 1320 kcal.
Norma drank water (30 ml per kilogram of body weight).
