Pink salmon in sour cream in the oven is one of the most delicious and beautiful dishes that comes from this fish. It's just that it is not quite suitable for frying, since it itself is a little dry. You can serve baked pink salmon in sour cream with different side dishes. A lighter option is to simply add vegetable salad or chopped herbs, homemade pickles. Together with this fish, in the future, according to this recipe, you can immediately bake potatoes or rice - it will turn out very tasty.

Ingredients:

Pink salmon - 300 g

Sour cream - 120 g

American mustard - 1 tsp

Salt, pepper - to taste

Vegetable oil - 1 tsp

Thyme - 2 branches

Dry herbs - to taste

Cooking process:

1. Prepare all the necessary foods according to the list. Choose a beautiful fish without damage or flaws. Sour cream can be used with any fat percentage. The mustard should be a little sweet.

2. Defrost the fish carcass in advance, peel and rinse, dry. Cut it into arbitrary pieces. Shake with salt and pepper. Other spices / herbs can be used to taste. At this stage, turn on and warm up the oven, set the temperature to 180 degrees.

3. Prepare the sauce: take a small bowl or bowl, add sour cream, season with salt and pepper.

4. Add a spoonful of delicious sweet mustard here, mix everything thoroughly and remove a sample, adjust the taste if necessary.

5. Oil the oven dish and put the pink salmon pieces into it.

6. Top the fish with sauce, add a couple of thyme sprigs. Seal the form with foil or cover with a lid if included. Bake pink salmon in sour cream for 25 minutes.

After a while, serve juicy fish to the table.
