Pork ribs marinated in soy sauce ahead of time in the oven are baked quickly and always guarantee excellent results. Juicy, sweetish-salty, with a bronze crust, the ribs are good even without a side dish - a delicious sauce is enough.

Ingredients:

Pork ribs - 500 g

Soy sauce - 50 ml

Wine vinegar - 20 ml

Vegetable oil - 20 ml

Sugar - 1 tsp l.

Garlic - 3 teeth.

Hot pepper, salt - to taste

Step by step recipe:

Step 1 - To cook pork ribs in soy sauce in the oven, take the foods listed. If necessary, defrost the ribs beforehand. Please note that soy sauce comes in different concentrations, salt levels. The delicate one will also need an extra pinch of salt. If you like hot dishes, add chili or other hot peppers.

Step 2 - A clean strip of ribs with a layer can be baked whole. For a festive presentation, this looks catchy and presentable. And for an everyday lunch, it is more convenient to cut across, separating each bone. When buying, be guided by the size, choosing ribs of the same length and width. Then all copies will be baked evenly at the same time. It is better to cut and fit different-sized ones to one standard.

Step 3 - Add granulated sugar to enhance the taste. Very often honey is included in the marinade for soy sauce. So, in addition to the richness of taste, the meat also gets a beautiful dark shade. Pepper, throw in a few crushed garlic cloves (you don't need to peel them off), mix.

Step 4 - Pour in wine vinegar or lemon / lime juice and soy sauce. Turn over all the layers again and put them in the refrigerator for half an hour under the film / lid (main compartment). Marinate pork ribs in soy sauce with garlic, thereby saturating the meat fibers almost to the bone.

Step 5 - Transfer the marinated ribs to a fireproof mold with parchment or a baking sheet - no marinade. We send the semi-finished product to an oven that was hot by that time and bake at a temperature of 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Turn over once. We follow, do not overdry for the sake of juiciness inside.

Serve hot pork ribs in soy sauce. We supplement them with ketchup, mustard, tomato sauce, herbs, if desired - mashed potatoes, baked or French fries.
