Based on fast food, let's prepare a delicious hot sandwich - a weighty loaf with a filling in the oven. A bite of it with some drink will surely be enough for two or three people.

Ingredients:

Baton - 1 pc.

Mozzarella cheese - 120 g

Pork pork - 150 g

Tomatoes - 2 pcs.

Onions - 1 pc.

Ketchup - 1 tbsp l.

Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp l.

Salt, hot pepper - to taste

Greens - for serving

Step by step recipe:

Step 1 - To bake a filled loaf in the oven, take the foods listed. I must say that bread products for this recipe can be very different: baguettes, portioned buns, loaves of rye bread, buns, etc. The same goes for filling. Check food leftovers! Cheese, tomatoes and something from meat are required: chicken breast, ham, boiled pork, minced meat, sausage, sausages. Feel free to add your favorite vegetables, mushrooms, sauces, spices. Adjust the degree of aroma, pungency as you wish.

Step 2 - If the mozzarella is small, you do not need to break it, leave it in whole balls. Cut the boiled pork slices arbitrarily, but not too finely. We chop the onion into cubes - the filling will get juiciness, pungency and come out more appetizing. We also add ripe tomatoes to the bowl: chop quite coarsely. In addition to brine melted cheeses, hard cheeses are often used, several varieties are mixed.

Step 3 - Put ketchup (any tomato-based sauce) and mayonnaise in equal proportions for the assorted slicing, salt and pepper if necessary. Mix, covering all layers with dressing. The filling for stuffing the loaf is ready.

Step 4 - Carefully cut off the top of the loaf, take out the crumb - don't throw it away, put it on breadcrumbs for cutlets, cheesecakes. The larger the cavity of the bread blank, the more filling will fit.

Step 5 - We ram a little and fill the free space with a varied and seasoned mixture (filling). We put some of the cheese balls on top. Thus, the melted cheese will be in the middle and on top. We transfer the semi-finished loaf to a baking sheet with parchment and send it to a pre-heated oven. We bake for about 20 minutes at a temperature of 190 degrees.

We take out a delicious baked loaf with a juicy filling under a crispy crust from the oven, decorate with green leaves and serve.
