There are a lot of baking options for dessert, but incredibly tasty and easy-to-prepare paper cupcakes quickly gained special popularity. According to this recipe, they are tender, crumbly.

The dough is the base, adding different fillings, we can get absolutely different taste of cupcakes. You can simply make a delicious cream and decorate them with a hat using a pastry bag. And you can mix dried fruits, chocolate chips, various spices (for example, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanillin, almond extract) or nuts, pre-fried and chopped into the dough. Delicious experiments!

Ingredients:

Wheat flour - 200 gr.

Chicken eggs - 3 pcs.

Sugar - 130 gr.

Baking powder - ½ tsp.

Cream - 60 ml.

Butter - 120 gr.

Step by step recipe:

Step 1 - Prepare the required ingredients according to the list. We take out the butter in advance, it should become soft. We take cream with a fat content of 20%. By the way, they can be replaced with sour cream.

Step 2 - Break the eggs into the mixer bowl and add sugar. Beat until the sugar grains are dissolved and a fluffy mass is obtained.

Step 3 - Continuing to whisk, pour in the cream and add butter (you can melt it slightly).

Step 4 - Then stir in the flour with baking powder. The dough should have a pancake-like consistency, thick and viscous. To make chocolate-flavored muffins, replace some of the flour with cocoa. For fresh fruits, I recommend adding banana slices.

Step 5 - Insert the paper molds into a silicone or metal muffin pan. It can be whole or in the form of separate containers - round or, like mine, in the shape of hearts. You don't need to lubricate anything with oil, the dough already contains it, so after baking the paper will easily come off the muffins.

By the way, simply baking them in paper tins will not work, they will not retain their shape during baking, since the paper is very thin.

Step 6 - Spread the dough in the container, filling it 2/3 of the height. I got 14 pieces.

Step 7 - Put the prepared molds in a preheated oven to 180 degrees and bake for 20-25 minutes until browning. We check the readiness with a wooden stick or a match.

Our mini muffins in paper tins are ready. Serve chilled.
