Today I will share a recipe for bunny in a sleeve in the oven. There is nothing complicated, the main thing is desire and the necessary products.

Ingredients:

Rabbit meat (any of its parts) - 600 g.

Soy sauce - 25 ml.

Salt to taste

Ground black pepper - to taste

Seasoning for meat - 1 tbsp.

Garlic - 2 cloves

Step by step recipe:

1. Prepare a set of ingredients to cook a rabbit in a sleeve in the oven. If possible, purchase a fresh, unfreezed carcass.

2. Wash the rabbit thoroughly under cold running water. Pat dry with paper towels and divide into portions. Place in a large bowl, add salt, seasoning for meat and black pepper. As for salt, add it without fanaticism, as soy sauce is on the list of products.

3. Then squeeze the garlic through a press and pour in the sauce.

4. Slowly massage the spices into each piece of meat. Then cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap and let the bunny soak up the aroma and flavor of the marinade. It is best to leave it in the refrigerator overnight, but you can do it for a couple of hours.

5. After the indicated time, transfer the meat to the roasting sleeve. Tie it on both sides and send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees.

6. Cook the rabbit in the sleeve for about 1-1.5 hours. Cooking time will depend on the hardness of the meat and your technique. Remove the sleeve with the ruddy pieces from the oven and carefully cut it open. If you want the meat to become more fried, send it in an open bag for another 10-15 minutes in the oven.

7. Delicious, fragrant rabbit in the sleeve, baked in the oven, ready.

Transfer it to a platter and serve hot. Such tender and juicy meat goes well with boiled potatoes, rice, herbs and fresh vegetables.
