Who for the first time on my channel? Let's get acquainted! My name is Anja and in May 2018 I went on about proper nutrition and caloric deficit.
In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg, share recipes and experiences.
At the present time I have been able to get rid of 38.5 kg.
Every day I weigh foods and count calories and it has become a habit and does not burden. A weekly results on the scales - happy.

Today my menu a little strange and not entirely correct and useful.

But we finally moved, you can congratulate me !!!

Now, it remains the case for small - to disassemble the chaos that's going on at home.

The morning began with a scheduled breakfast at the old place.

Therefore, were my favorite sandwiches on whole grain bread (60 g) with butter (5g) and salted fish (40 g), and green tea with jasmine.

For breakfast turned out - 310 kcal.

And after lunch - it started!!! The cycle of some sort. I woke up just sitting on the boxes in the new apartment, not finished "proper food" nor the time and hungry family.

I did not want to, but I had with all eat a plate of dumplings!

That's not a proper dinner in my 460 kcal.

Analyzing the little things, I took a break and ate an apple (160g) - 80 kcal,
Only here I forgot to take a picture.

And for dinner I had the beef roulade with broccoli and cauliflower (150 g), although the purchase and cucumber, all for dinner - 440 kcal.

Here such at me the wrong day today to 1290 kcal. I would like
and meet your kalorazh, but there is little enumeration of fats and proteins is not enough. And I have not drunk the water rate. I have no excuses!
