Cook and eat a soup - a real pleasure. Prepare quickly and uses a minimum of ingredients, and the result is very pleasant not only to adults but also to children.
Ingredients:
Broth (or water) -1,5l.
Garlic -2zub.
Sol -1 / 2ch.l.
Black pepper - to taste
Greens - to taste
Meat dumplings:
Minced (or fillet) -300gr.
Sol -1 / 2ch.l.
Carrot -1 / 2 pieces.
Onion 1pc.
Sour -1st.l.
Black pepper - to taste
Starch -1st.l.
For the dough:
Egg 1pc.
Sol -1 / 3ch.l.
-80-110gr flour.
Cooking method :
First, prepare the dough into homemade pasta in a bowl break 1 egg, add salt 1 / 3ch.l.. stir and gradually add the sifted flour, 80 g. The dough should look like in the dumplings, but a little tighter. Remove the dough in the bag until we deal with meat dumplings.
You can take a ready-made mincemeat out of any meat, I now cook chicken fillet from the hips and a little breast. Weight 300g meat. Adding a small bulb, a small half raw carrots, put half teaspoon salt, black pepper to taste. Put 1 tbsp sour cream. And we break through the blender. Put in a bowl and add 1 tbsp starch in my potato, stir. Now with 2 teaspoons soaked in cold water forming a dumpling. All Do the same with the rest of the meat.
Now take the prepared dough and roll out into a thin layer, thickness of about 2mm. Cut knife into squares measuring approximately 10 mm by 10 mm.
Pour into 1.5 liters of water, adding salt. Bring to the boil, omit meat dumpling as float for 2-3 minutes and cook pasta omitted. Cook until cooked pasta 4-5 minutes. Add 2 chopped cloves of garlic, black pepper to taste, add the herbs, I have green onions and parsley, are trying to add salt if necessary, boil for 1-2 minutes and remove from heat.
