Good day and delicious weight loss!

Whatever happens in the world, our health will always be the basis of our future life. Much depends on him.

At the same time, being overweight is a direct enemy of our health.

So let's make the most important investment in our life - investment in ourselves, in our health and get rid of excess weight.

Moreover, now I know for sure that you can lose weight without exhausting diets, without training in the gym - eating deliciously and satisfyingly.

Go to the menu for today.

Breakfast - two boiled eggs (120 g) and two rye bread (20 g) with butter (10 g) and carp caviar (25 g).

Breakfast turned out to be 390 kcal.

After breakfast today I got to my shoes.

I disassembled all the shoes, prepared some for disposal. I laid out everything neatly, washed the winter one and cleaned everything.

I prepared two whole bags in the trash. And mostly there are only my shoes - old and the one that became too big for me.

Imagine, shoes and boots (which ate-ate were fastened) - became almost 2 sizes too big for me after losing weight. Okay, there are big boots in the calf - this is understandable, the calves have lost weight, but how long is the foot? Amazing 🤷‍♂️, shoes fall off your feet.

Having dealt with the shoes, I had a snack.

Snack - two rye bread (20 g) with squash caviar (85 g) - 155 kcal

Zucchini caviar has probably been my favorites for a week.

For lunch, everyone baked chicken in the oven marinated in curd with spices and cut a vegetable salad.

Lunch - 250 g of chicken breast and 150 g of vegetable salad (tomato, cucumber, green tea). The salad was filled with literally 10 g of sour cream 10%. It turned out lunch for 350 kcal.

After lunch I drank green tea with 20 g of chocolate - 110 kcal and weighed out 30 g of dates, which I ate with tea during the day.

This is a measure so as not to carry around an unaccounted for. Better to weigh something in advance.

Weighed it, put it in the calorie counter and eat it with tea for health. Better that way than overeating "biting", as my husband says.

Chocolate and dates turned out to be 200 kcal.

After lunch we watched the series. I pumped up various series about the Great Patriotic War, about scouts and horror films. We sit watching TV shows during the day, and horror films at night.

How long to stay like this at home is not clear, but it's already hard. Both morally and physically hard, especially when the sun shines through the window.

Today I looked from the balcony - we have mothers with strollers walking through the forest. It seems that there is no congestion of people, you can take a walk, but on the other hand - "you don't know where you will find it, but where you will lose it."

So I want to go for a walk in the woods along the paths or walk to the quarry. And I know that I will be close and will not meet with anyone, but I am afraid.

For dinner I stewed Peking cabbage with the addition of minced turkey breast, which I have left from cooking cannelloni.

Dinner - 350 g of stewed Chinese cabbage and two rye bread (20 g) - 180 kcal.

And weighed 20 g of peanuts for the evening - 110 kcal.

As a result, 1385 kcal per day turned out.

And while I finished the article I remembered about the unaccounted for. And this is 20 g of processed cheese in plates, which the soul demanded for tea during the evening board games with the family.

Here again this disregarded... for 60 kcal.

On the one hand, all these unnecessary snacks are pampering from nothing to do and from sitting at home. Boring - we immediately run to the kitchen, looking for something to chew on.

But on the other hand, thereby to me manages to slowly raise the calorie.

Let me remind you that I raise the calorie intake so that the body gradually gets used to its norm. And it's time to take a break from the calorie deficit - I've been sitting on it for two years.

The water was well drunk today. I drank more than my norm.

By the way, there are many recommendations on the Internet, allegedly from Italian, Japanese doctors, that it is necessary now to drink water and prevent dry mouth. I don’t know how much this will help. But drinking water is not difficult, is it? For yourself and your loved ones.
