Today I have a review of red caviar for 155 rubles, I see such prices for the first time. I decided to buy and try, in this issue I tell and show how it was.
The jar says: Kamchatka Territory, Avacha, Granular caviar, salmon, pink salmon, salted.
Manufactured according to TU, although it is written that the Kamchatka Territory, but the manufacturer is in the Moscow region.
Structure: pink salmon caviar, food salt, refined deodorized sunflower oil, stabilizers: E415, E412, preservatives E200 and E211.
It is honestly stated that it was made from raw materials ice cream. Weight 95 grams. First grade. The shelf life is 12 months.
This is the marking on the jar:
Let's open and see what kind of caviar we have inside.
While from above it looks like some kind of porridge.
The scales showed 93 grams, a little missing, just a couple of grams.
In the plate, the eggs are already visible more clearly. But all the same, the caviar resembles gruel, something thick between the eggs.
To taste - there is a certain off-flavor. It seemed to me that I ate caviar from the "taranka", somehow not very similar to the usual red caviar.
The husband confirmed that the caviar looks like it is from dried fish. My husband is quite fond of "taranka", although alcohol and does not drink at all.
Vasily did not really appreciate the caviar either; he ate it in general, but not completely. He scattered the eggs on the floor, so they remained lying.
Let's make a sandwich and see how the caviar looks on a buttered loaf. I am very confused by a certain mucus, in which all the eggs are, it stretches like porridge.
As a result. This is the strangest red caviar I've tried, but also the cheapest. If you want the taste of red caviar, you won't get it here. It's just a view and nothing more. There is a lot of incomprehensible mucus, by smell and taste it is red caviar, as if from dried fish. It just smells like regular cured bream. In general, I do not recommend this caviar for purchase, it is better to take it at a higher price and better.
