- Add salt, honey, cumin. Knead the dough.
Leave the finished dough to ferment for 3 hours. During this time, do two workouts.

Wait until the dough doubles in volume.
Turn on the oven at 250 ° C 30-40 minutes before baking.
Make cuts on the bread and place in the oven.
The temperature inside the bread should be 94-96 ° C degrees.
Bake
with steam at 250 ° C degrees 10 minutes. Then lower the temperature up to 200 ° C degrees and bake until ready.The total baking time is approximately 30 minutes.
