Hi friends! I think this is just the perfect sourdough bread and one of the easiest recipes. This bread is very versatile. You can replace some of the flour with rye or whole grain, and you can also add all kinds of spices. The result is a delicious bread.

For dough:

Add 50 g of water and 50 g of flour to 10 g of wheat sourdough with 100% moisture and leave for 8-10 hours to rise.
  • Add 200 g of cold water, all the dough and flour to the bowl.
  • Leave on for 20-30 minutes for the gluten to develop.
  • Add salt, honey, cumin. Knead the dough.

Leave the finished dough to ferment for 3 hours. During this time, do two workouts.

Dust the table with flour. Lay out the dough, shape and lay future bread in a proving basket or in a bowl with a flaxseed towel sprinkled with flour.

Wait until the dough doubles in volume.

Turn on the oven at 250 ° C 30-40 minutes before baking.

Make cuts on the bread and place in the oven.

The temperature inside the bread should be 94-96 ° C degrees.

Bake

with steam at 250 ° C degrees 10 minutes. Then lower the temperature up to 200 ° C degrees and bake until ready.

The total baking time is approximately 30 minutes.
