In his blog, I talk about how is my weight loss process with 132.2 kg (with the growth of 173 cm), sharing recipes and experiences.

Well, how long ago. In general, I do it, it seems to me, every day in the collage "before" and "after". But always there are those who doubt everything requires more photos or just says that I - this is not me.

So I decided, as long as there is time on this day, to prepare you for the new photo collage with steps my weight loss because so many people tell me that these photos, give them a "kick" and more motivation. A "kick" to me for you not zhalko🤣.

Well, I'll briefly to the menu for today.

For breakfast, a kind of pita pies with egg and green onions. prepared very quickly and easily, fried on a dry frying pan faster. Pita - 75 g, 2 eggs, a little green onion.

Breakfast came on 400 kcal.

In the morning, a little rest and watch a movie with her, I went to work at the computer.

The work was undershot - 100 g and 20 g feijoa cashews. The result undershot on 180 kcal.

For lunch we have spaghetti. And you eat spaghetti or afraid to recover them? I've eaten at all times of my weight loss, not often, but of course eating. The main thing that was makaroshki of durum wheat.

On the spaghetti meal of durum wheat (50 g in dry a!) and spinach (20 g), cherry (40 g) and chicken roll (50 g). Sprinkle light low-fat cheese (30 g).

Lunch turned on 345 kcal.

After lunch to work again I sat and picked with a green tea, and 40 g of dried figs - 100 kcal.

Dinner turned on 240 kcal.

Just one day left 1265 kcal.

And I want to remind those who lose weight on a calorie deficit. Do not forget to count your daily calories. If your weight is reduced by 10 kg - it is time to re-read the calories, because it decreased too.

Otherwise, it turns out that in the end you will come to their normal calories, but will think that still harbors a deficit. And you will wonder why the weight got up and goes away.
