Sweet pastry from the category of haste - grated shortbread pie with apples and raisins. This will decorate a friendly tea party, complement breakfast or a snack with a mug of milk, kefir, compote during the day. If desired, the interlayer can be easily changed: instead of apple, lay the filling of jam, berries, other seasonal or canned fruits.

Ingredients:

Flour - 340 g

Sugar - 150 g

Eggs - 2 pcs.

Butter - 100 g

Soda - 0.5 tsp l.

Apples - 2 pcs.

Raisins - 50 g

Cinnamon, zest - to taste

Step by step recipe:

Step 1 - To make grated shortcrust pastry with apples at home, take the foods on the list. Of course, it is better to use butter. But if you want to save money, use margarine.

Step 2 - Measure out the required portion of wheat flour, sift and mix with baking soda, which will loosen the dough and make the shortbread cake softer and more crumbly. Make sure that no soda lumps get into the flour, leaving an unpleasant bitter aftertaste. Also sift through a fine sieve.

Step 3 - Then you can knead by hand or entrust the process to a combine. Combine flour with baking soda, 130 g of sugar, eggs, butter in one container and grind or start the unit with a "knife" attachment.

Step 4 - First, the dry ingredients are filled with moisture and fat, forming an oiled streusel crumb. In fact, such a dough is already good for a bulk cake. But since the recipe is dedicated to grated, then the crumb is rammed, collecting in a dense lump. It's simple.

Step 5 - Cut the grated pie dough in half (bottom and top cakes). We wrap it with foil and send it to the freezer for 30-60 minutes. Cold, hardened dough can be easily rubbed with shavings, as required.

Step 6 - For the filling, three peeled large apples on a coarse grater or cut into small cubes. We cover the 22x22 cm form with parchment, fill it with one part of the chilled dough: three, like apples, with large shavings. We distribute evenly over the entire area.

Step 7 - Cover the bottom loose "crust" with apples, raisins, sugar residues, sprinkle with ground cinnamon and zest for flavor.

Step 8 - On top of the three is the second piece of cold dough. Also the same thickness. We bake in the oven for about 40 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. Before that, we heat the oven to the maximum.

After cooling, take out the grated shortcrust cake with apples from the container - decorate, say, with mint, powdered sugar, cut in portions and serve.
