A simple, quick, tasty and nutritious beetroot salad with cheese will appeal to all lovers of proper nutrition and those who follow the figure. It is perfect as a lunchtime meal or dinner, the combination of ingredients in the composition will give just incredible results. Preparing the beets in advance can take up to 15 minutes to prepare the salad. All products are available, if desired, you can change them, for example, add suluguni or feta cheese, or you can even add grained cottage cheese.
Ingredients:
Beets - 1 pc.
Bryndza cheese - 70 g
Hard cheese - 50 g
Prunes - 40 g
Salt, pepper - to taste
Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
Flax seeds - 1 tsp
Salad - 1 bunch
Description:
1. Purchase a range of products. All ingredients are fresh. Prepare beets in advance - boil or bake. If you use baking, you can add fragrant sprigs of thyme or rosemary to the root vegetable, and other herbs at your discretion.
2. Lettuce leaves should be crispy. Rinse the bundle lightly under a diffused stream of water, dry. You can tear the leaves with your hands and put them on a plate.
3. Add delicious cheese cubes to the salad pillow. It can be cut arbitrarily, this is not essential.
4. Then add some hard cheese. By the way, it can be taken with herbs or spices. Spread the sliced cheese strips over the salad.
5. Soak prunes in hot water and dry, then chop, add to the rest of the ingredients. If you are not particularly fond of this dried fruit, you can replace it with sun-dried tomatoes or plums.
6. Peel the prepared beets and cut into large cubes. Spread the vegetable over lettuce leaves.
7. Before serving, sprinkle the dish with flaxseeds, sprinkle with oil and grind with salt and pepper. You can add a little dry garlic.
8. Serve the prepared salad with beets and cheese.
