Cutlets without a gram of meat, tastier than meat!
Hello, dear readers of the "Cooking with Natalia Kalnina" channel! I greet my regular guests, as well as all those who came to see me for the first time!
Today I want to share a recipe for pea cutlets. Helps out when there is no minced meat at home, but you want cutlets. Hearty, easy to prepare and very tasty. The taste will definitely delight you, even if you are not a fan of peas.

Recipe:
Peas -1 tbsp.
Water -4 tbsp.
Salt -1 / 2 tsp.
Bow -2 pcs.
Breadcrumbs to taste
Black pepper - to taste
Butter - to taste
COOKING METHOD
We take a glass of peas. We wash the peas well in several waters, put them in a thick-walled saucepan. Fill with water according to the instructions on the package. I need the pea porridge to be thick, so I fill it with water in a ratio of 1 to 4, that is, I have 1 glass of peas and 4 glasses of water. I put on fire and cook until tender. It takes me 60 minutes. So that nothing is redeemed, I put a wooden spatula on the pan and cover it with a lid.
Now I take it off the heat and let it cool.
Cut a couple of onions into cubes. Pour vegetable oil into a pan, put onion and fry it until tender over low heat.
Put the cooled peas in a bowl and punch with a blender, you can mash with a potato grinder. Now add the onion, salt, half a teaspoon, spices, I add black pepper.
Stir the minced meat ready. We will roll in breadcrumbs, I cook them myself. I cut the loaf, dry it in the oven and grind it with a blender.
Now we form cutlets, if you will do without gloves, it is better to grease your hands with oil or moisten with water. Roll in breadcrumbs. Put on a baking sheet and put in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees.
Now take out and place a piece of butter on each cutlet.
By the way, such cutlets can be fried in a pan, only you need to add a couple of tablespoons of flour to the minced meat so that they do not disintegrate during turning. Honestly, I like it even more from the oven.
Dust with heat I fall to the table. Inexpensive, easy, but very tasty. You can even make it from the pea porridge left in the refrigerator.
