Ingredients:

Celery stalk - 2 pcs.

Apple - 250 g

Kiwi - 2 pcs.

Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons

Drinking water - 1 glass

Preparation:

1. To make a celery smoothie, prepare all of the foods listed. Wash the stems under running water, dry, cut off the white part.

2. Break each celery stalk in half, if there are fibrous strands, they will simply be removed, just pull on them.

3. Cut the celery into small slices.

4. Cut the kiwi in half. If the fruit is ripe enough, it is very easy to scrape it out with a teaspoon with a sharp nose. If not too ripe, then the fruit must be carefully peeled with a knife and cut into small pieces.

5. Cut a large ripe apple lengthwise into four parts, peel and core. To be honest, I am against peeling, but recently purchased apples are so densely covered with wax or paraffin that it is simply impossible to wash it off with anything. Therefore, boldly cut the peel, and cut the fruit itself into medium-sized slices.

6. Put all the chopped ingredients in a blender bowl, add lemon juice. It will not only allow you to preserve the color of the apple, that is, it will not let it darken, it will also add flavor and piquancy to the smoothie.

7. Pour in drinking water, and now, if desired, you can add sugar or honey to taste. Believe it or not, I even like the version of this cocktail with a pinch of sea or pink salt. Punch the contents of the blender until smooth. Adjust the degree of density of the drink at your discretion.

Pour the finished celery, apple and kiwi smoothie into glasses / jars / glasses. Serve with cocktail rolls or teaspoons. Before serving, you can chill the drink or put a couple of ice cubes in it.
