Fried rice for a side dish according to this recipe always turns out to be crumbly, rice to rice! And what a beautiful, fragrant, words cannot convey! Delicious rice in a pan without hassle.
After you taste this wonderful rice, you will only cook it this way!
Ingredients:
Rice - 1 glass. (preferably long-grain, steamed, polished).
Water - 2 glasses.
Vegetable oil - 3-4 tablespoons
Salt - 1 tsp without a slide.
Spice:
A mixture of peppers to taste.
Turmeric - 1 tsp
Sweet paprika - 1/3 tsp
A pinch of nutmeg.
Cooking method:
1. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil well and begin to fry the rice until golden brown over medium heat.
It will take about 3 minutes. We constantly interfere so as not to burn!
2. Add spices and cook, stirring for another 2 minutes.
3. We pour in cold water - no longer interfere!
Cook without a lid until almost all the liquid has evaporated.
4. Close the lid, reduce heat to low and cook for 20 minutes.
Then, do not open the lid for another 10 minutes.
The rice turns out to be a beautiful bright yellow color - it's all thanks to turmeric!
