I think everyone has their own favorite smoothie variation. I have all these drinks with the addition of persimmon. I just adore this fruit for its taste and aroma, and it turns out that the small fruit contains a daily dose of vitamin A, which is essential for vision. In addition, persimmon boosts immunity and is considered an antidepressant, just like chocolate, only it is lower in calories. It is also recommended to use it for people suffering from edema. But everything is good in moderation. This fruit should not be overused, as it contains glucose and fructose, which can be deposited in the form of excess weight on our waists.

Ingredients:

Persimmon - 200 g

Banana - 150 g

Maple syrup (or liquid honey) - 1 tbsp

Milk - 150 g

How to cook:

1. It is persimmon with banana that are simply perfect in taste, since other fruits, berries or citrus fruits will dominate this drink and hammer the delicate taste of persimmon.

2. So, let's prepare all the products according to the list. You can take milk of any fat content, if you keep an eye on the weight, it is better with a low percentage. The orange fruit must be washed and dried. By the way, the best thing would be to make a persimmon smoothie of the “Sharon” or “King” variety.

3. Cut the persimmon lengthwise into quarters, remove the ponytail and pits, if any. Many food bloggers advise cutting the skin off this fruit, I don't see the point in that. Firstly, it is more useful this way, and secondly, after the blender there will be no trace of it, and the finished drink will be homogeneous.

4. Cut the fruit into small cubes and place in a bowl.

5. Peel the banana, cut into small slices, and also send to the blender bowl.

6. Now add milk and maple syrup or runny honey. Honestly, you don't need to add them, because the finished cocktail will be quite sweet, but with these sweeteners it will have a completely different taste and the sweet tooth will definitely appreciate it.

7. Punch the contents of the blender until smooth, adjust the thickness of the drink with milk. Break any bubbles on the surface with a fork.

8. Pour the finished banana smoothie with persimmon and milk into glasses or other containers.

Serve with a teaspoon or smoothie. It turns out incredibly tasty and healthy. During persimmon season, I highly recommend preparing and drinking this drink. Enjoy!
