Everyone knows about the great benefits of flax. Flax is one of the natural sources of plant Omega 3 fatty acids, which are needed for the normal condition of the skin, hair nails and other vital organs.
Ingredients:
1. Flax - half a cup (healthy fats, digestible oil)
2. Banana - 1-2 pcs ("bread" for a raw foodist)
3. Raisins - a handful (glucose for the brain)

(this is the basic option + you can add a carob for a chocolate flavor or berries, fruits.., there are options)
Preparation
Soaked the flax overnight to revive them. In the morning, transferred the flax to the blender container. We washed the raisins, slightly dried them, added to the flax, put the banana pulp and topped up with a little warm water.
Beat for about a minute until a thick jelly-like pudding substance, put in a cup, garnished with banana rounds and bon appetit!
Bananas give a creamy substance, volume and sweetness, raisins also give a natural sweetness in the future. helps to "unload" the banana (but you can use either a banana or raisins, because for some it is already luscious). Such a "live" porridge made from seeds is much healthier than from boiled grains (it gives energy, not takes away)
