Just 10-12 days ago, I published a recipe for a tasty curd "bakery" pie... It turns out that many people (including me) like cottage cheese cakes, especially when it is done very quickly and easily. And today I share with you another recipe curd cakes. It reminds baking cookies or small buns - top soft crunchy sugar crust, tender crumb inside is soft.

Ingredients for cooking:

Eggs - 2 pcs.
Curd fat - 200-250 g
Sugar - 3 tbsp. l. + A little on posypku
Vanilla - to taste
Milk - 2 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.
Disintegrant - 1 hr. l.
Salt - a pinch
Flour - 350-370 g

First, in the split bowl eggs, put the sugar, vanillin, salt, pour milk, vegetable oil, and all whisk stir until uniform.

The resulting mixture through a sieve wipe cottage cheese - although it is possible to grind the immersion blender, or simply buy a ready-made cottage cheese paste. A fresh country fat cottage cheese generally does not need to be subjected to the "manipulations", he usually always very mild, and in it there are no grains.

Now we sift the flour with the baking powder and knead very soft dough. Try not to add all the flour at once in the dough - fat cottage cheese, egg size, it still affects the amount of added flour. And maybe even a little bit will have to add more ...

And, immediately proceed to forming kralek - divide the dough into pieces, weighing 50-60 g, each piece of first rounded (although this special need not), then roll out into a bundle length of 30 cm. And then we begin to tighten the tourniquet spirals, at both ends to the middle.

Now, one side made kralek dipped in sugar, and spread on a baking sheet, the laid parchment paper. And sends baked in the oven.
