How do you break eggs? With a knife? Or hitting the frying pan? It turns out this is wrong! I tell you how it is necessary and why it is so.
All my life I smashed with a knife. My husband breaks on a frying pan or other utensil in which he cooks - on the edge of a bowl, for example, in which he kneads dough or something else. And I think a lot of people do just that.
And more recently, I learned that it is wrong to do this. Well, how wrong... You can, of course, split it as you like. But there is another way. Smash eggs against something flat. For example about a cutting board.
This makes sense.
If you break it this way, about the board, then the shell particles will not fall into the egg itself. They will stay on the board because the egg breaks outside. And if you break it with a knife or on the edge of the dish, then the shell then falls into the protein, because
breaks inward. And then you have to catch it - for example, it always pisses me off, because the particles are very small and difficult to get - they constantly slip away. And if the shell is not noticed, then it comes across during the meal already. This is not very pleasant, you must agree.
Here's a simple way. Surely, many already know about him. But for me personally, it is new, because I found out about it quite recently. I saw it on TV in some culinary program dedicated to egg dishes.
Write in the comments how you break eggs? Maybe there is some other way? I know that some people break an egg with one hand, but I have never tried that.
