Today we are preparing a lean salad with canned beans - it will turn out delicious, fast, satisfying and nutritious. According to the recipe, we give preference to small white beans, which are canned in a gentle sauce, this is the most suitable for this dish. For a pleasant shade of taste, add champignons, they fit perfectly into the overall picture. Well, you can serve this type of salad to the table for dinner. Let's get started!
Ingredients:
Canned beans - 200 g
Gherkins - 5 pcs.
Red onion - 1 pc.
Champignons - 200 g
Canned corn - 3 tablespoons
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
Salt, pepper - to taste
Description:
1. Prepare a number of ingredients. Now you can buy many different varieties of vegetable oil for dressing: spicy, garlic, with herbs, with mustard, mint, etc. Thanks to such oils, any of your salads can sparkle with completely new, brighter flavors shades.
2. Peel the red onion, rinse and dry. Crumble it into small cubes. Chop part of the onion in half rings and leave aside for a while.
3. Wash and dry the champignons, clean the caps if desired. Cut the mushrooms into small pieces.
4. Cut the gherkins into arbitrary pieces, preferably not very large.
5. Uncork a jar of beans, transfer it to a sieve, rinse under cool water. Send her to the salad bowl. Pour lemon juice on the onion that was initially set aside. Add it to the beans.
6. Add gherkins to these ingredients.
7. Fry the prepared mushrooms and onions in vegetable oil and cool.
8. Transfer the cooled champignons with onions to a salad bowl, then add the sweet grains of canned sweet corn.
9. Add salt and pepper, oil. Stir all the ingredients and serve the salad to the table.
