If you adore salted red fish, but don't know what interesting things can be made from it, take note of this incredibly tasty and beautiful salad. Firstly, it can be prepared for a family dinner, and secondly, it will not be a shame to put it on the festive table. I assure you that it will not leave any of your guests indifferent, especially if you serve it in portions, and not on a large common dish. Salad with salted red fish, first of all, will be appreciated by men, because it combines perfectly with strong alcoholic drinks.

Ingredients:

Potatoes - 100 g

Salted salmon - 120 g

Capers - 1 tsp

Olives - 8 pcs.

Chicken egg - 1 pc.

Ground black pepper - to taste

Olive oil 1 tsp

Parsley - a couple of twigs

How to cook:

Prepare the food you need according to our salad making list. Wash the potatoes under running water with a hard kitchen sponge, boil in the peel until tender for about 20 minutes (check readiness with a toothpick).

Boil a chicken egg, keep it on the stove for no longer than 8 minutes, it is important that the yolk remains yellow, without blue. Remember to cool in ice water.

Peel the finished cooled potatoes, cut into small slices. Place them on the dish where you plan to serve the salad.

Salted red fish, for example salmon, cut into thin slices, place between potato slices.

Cut large pitted olives in half or in slices, put them on top of the salad.

Peel the cooled chicken egg, cut it lengthwise into quarters, and also send it to the rest of the ingredients of the dish.

Now sprinkle everything with capers, they will add spice and sourness to the salad.

Pepper to taste, drizzle with good quality olive oil, preferably virgin olive oil. I do not recommend salting this salad, since the fish is already salty enough, but it all depends on your taste. Garnish with sprigs of fresh parsley or any other herbs.
