Lean vegan pancakes without milk and eggs for slimming

It's time to bake vegan pancakes. Nobody would guess that these pancakes are without animal fats and white flour. As the saying goes: "The mosquito will not undermine the nose!"

(We eat 90 percent of our food without heat treatment, and only occasionally on holidays do we allow ourselves to chew with smoke "like an adult!")

Ingredients:

1. Hercules (1 cup) you can use your own milled wheat flour

2. Mineral water (1 glass)

3. Starch (1 tbsp. spoon) better without, but with it they better lag behind the pan

4. Salt (to taste)

5. Cane sugar (1 tsp. the spoon)

6. Vegetable oil (1 tbsp. the spoon)

Preparation

Grind the rolled oats on a coffee grinder to a powdery state, fill with water, add oil and everything else, mix thoroughly (or twist until homogeneous in blender).

We put the pancake dough in a jar under the lid for 15-20 minutes to the battery, so that it comes out (the oatmeal is soaked in water).

Then we warm up the pan well, grease with 1 drop of oil and bake like ordinary pancakes. Bon Appetit! Happy holiday, friends!
