✨Hello, my name is Oksana! I am glad to welcome everyone who has looked at my page. Thanks so much for taking the time to read my recipes! I would be grateful for your comments and subscriptions👍!
✅👌Today I want to share with you a recipe for a dish on which I practically do not spend anything, it is enough to have one jar of canned fish in oil and some rice in stock...
✨ It can be varied with vegetables, cheese and other foods. But the basic version always goes off with a bang. Try it, because the simplest is sometimes the best!
📕Ingredients for cooking: 🥙
Rice (dry) - 1 stack.
Canned fish in oil - 1 can (250 g)
Onions - 1 medium head
Chicken egg (cat. CO) - 1 pc. (in balls) + 1 pc. (to fill)
Table salt - 0.5 tsp l.
Ground black pepper - 1-2 pinches
Seasoning for fish dishes - 1/2 tsp l.
Sunflower oil - for lubricating the mold
Dried dill - 1/2 tsp l.
Dried garlic - 1 tsp l.
Sour cream - 3 tbsp. l.
Drinking water - 100 ml
Flour - for breading balls
👨🏻🍳 Let's start cooking... ⤵️⤵️⤵️
We start with the most commonplace - we wash the rice, changing the water until it becomes transparent. Then we transfer it to a saucepan, fill it with a double volume of clean water, add some salt and cook over medium heat until the liquid is completely absorbed. Cool a little and pour the finished rice into a deep bowl, in which we will mix all the ingredients. Add a can of canned food to it, after draining the liquid, drive in an egg. Season the mass with spices (pepper, seasoning for fish) and salt.
Mix everything well, kneading the fish. If the mass turns out to be thin, you can add some bread crumbs and let stand for a while until thickened.
And now we moisten our hands in water and roll small balls from the prepared mass and roll them on all sides in flour.
Next, take any suitable baking dish, grease it with a small amount of vegetable oil and put the balls in it. We put in an oven preheated to 200 degrees and bake for about 20 minutes.
In the meantime, while our rice and fish balls are being baked, we are preparing the sour cream filling. ⤵️⤵️⤵️
To do this, mix in a deep bowl, put sour cream, pour in a little water, drive in an egg, add garlic, a little salt and dill. Instead of dried spices, you can also use fresh ones. In this case, the garlic will need to be passed through a press, and the dill should be finely chopped.
We shake everything with a fork. It turns out to be a rather thick, almost uniform and very aromatic sauce.
We take out the balls from the oven and pour them with sour cream filling. And again we send it to the oven to bake for another 15-20 minutes.
These are the rosy balls on the outside.
And inside they will be soft and juicy. It can be said to be a complete dish - both a side dish and the main one. The only thing missing is fresh vegetables or pickles. Tasty, satisfying, economical.
