Egg omelet is a quick, hearty and delicious breakfast. This dish will always help you out in the morning if you are in a hurry. Each hostess probably has her own favorite and proven recipe for the perfect omelet. Usually, milk is used to create this dish, but it is no less tasty based on fermented milk products, for example, on kefir. On the contrary, kefir makes it softer, softer and more juicy. To give an ordinary kefir omelette interesting notes of taste, it can be supplemented with other products, hard cheese and green onions are perfect. In addition to taste, these elements will fill the dish with bright colors, making it even more appetizing and beautiful.

Ingredients:

Chicken egg - 2 pcs.

Kefir 2.5% fat - 3 tbsp

Wheat flour - 2 tsp

Hard cheese - 30 gr.

Green onions - 20 gr.

Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon

Salt, pepper - to taste

Prepare the food you need.

Drive two eggs into a deep bowl, add salt and ground pepper to them. You can use any other spices you like if you like.

Pour the required portion of kefir into the eggs. Choose a fermented milk product of medium or high fat content.

Thoroughly chop the mixture with a whisk or fork, getting a single composition. Sift the flour through a sieve, then add to the bulk, mix thoroughly so that there are no lumps. The resulting lumps of flour can be eliminated by interrupting the mixture with a hand blender.

Rinse the green onion arrows under running water, blot the drops with a napkin. Next, chop the onion in a small way, throw it into the egg mass.

Place a pan of suitable size on the stove, heat the vegetable oil in it, then pour the prepared mixture. Grate a piece of hard cheese on top on a coarse grater.

Cook the omelet, covered over low heat for the next 5-7 minutes. When one side is browned, you can turn it over to lightly fry the other side, or leave it in its original state, that is, liquidish.

Roll the omelette, put it on a plate, crush it on top with cheese shavings and a heap of green onions.
