It is best to season the salad with low-fat mayonnaise or sour cream, thick classic yogurt, complementing the dressing with lemon juice.

4. Sprinkle the cooked dish with lemon juice. You can replace it with apple cider, raspberry, or basil vinegar.

5. Put in a random order drops of low-fat mayonnaise, thick yogurt without additives or sour cream of any fat content. Pepper to your liking. You can use ground coriander, dried thyme, or oregano to enhance the flavor of the main product. If necessary, add salt to the dish.

6. Decorate a salad with salted pink salmon with fresh herbs: parsley, dill, chopped green onions. Serve immediately after cooking, while the red fish is still chilled. The dish is ideal for serving on a romantic tête-à-tête during the warmer months.
